The mission of the Gulf Coast Council of La Raza Dr. M. L. Garza-Gonzalez Charter School is to graduate literate and competitive citizens who can succeed in their career choices, and to do this by providing comprehensive, result-based programs designed to meet the diverse individual needs of the students, through individually-paced instruction, with strong parental and community support.
